This new group's objectives are: Socialising, Dining and Education

When you join the ''Dine With Me'' group you are undertaking to act as a host and to provide dinner, or lunch, or other meal of your choice.

By joining the group, you are agreeing to your name & email address being added to the list of members and being made available to potential hosts. E-mail addresses will be 'open' on the internet and not listed as 'bcc' (ie. Hidden).

Once the group is fully established, we will most probably form a Whats App label for ease of communication.

When you wish to host an event, you let the group know the date, time and theme if appropriate. You then select your guests from the respondents.

Guests are expected to reciprocate the invitation in kind, prioritising the previous host.

It is the responsibility of guests to inform the host if they have any allergies and for the host to decide if they wish to cater for allergies and / or specific diets.

Guests are not expected to bring any ''gift''.

To monitor the success of the group the coordinator would appreciate being told briefly about the event you held.
