We are offering a Mindfulness course delivered by Kate Boyd, either in person or online, which offers a practical guide to the development of a mindful approach to living in the modern world.
The user-friendly workbook that comes with the course offers useful and practical tools for living in this often frantic world.
Mindfulness is definitely not a ‘therapy’ group and the group would be secular and open to everyone.
Groups will be kept small with a maximum of 8 members for this first course.
